Why Families Trust Aurora Rose
For over 15 years, Aurora Rose Consulting and Support has been the trusted local authority in special education advocacy. Our team brings together certified experts in special education law, mediation, conflict resolution, and parent leadership. We’ve served as Co-Chair of the Contra Costa SELPA Community Advisory Committee, led parent workshops at local schools, and mentored families through every stage of the IEP and 504 process.
We’re not just professionals—we’re parents, caregivers, and community members who have lived the challenges of navigating school systems, advocating for accommodations, and building brighter futures for children with disabilities.

Document Identification: Determine which documents need notarization. This includes legal contracts, estate planning documents, or any other documents requiring a notary's verification.
Step 2: Schedule an Appointment
Contact and Schedule: Reach out via our website, email, or phone to describe your notary needs and schedule a convenient time and location for the service.

Step 5: Review and Secure Documents
Ensure Accuracy: After notarization, review the documents for correctness. We will then guide you on how to secure or send your notarized documents, if necessary.
Step 6: Complete the Transaction
Payment and Receipt: Provide payment for the services, and receive a receipt. Rates and payment methods should be discussed during the scheduling step.
