This Privacy Policy explains how Aurora Rose LLC (“Aurora Rose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use aurorarosellc.com (the “Site”) and our Services. We serve clients in California, Washington, and beyond.

  • Transactional information: appointments, invoices, and payment confirmations (we use third‑party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers).
  • Device & usage information: basic technical data sent by your browser (IP address, browser type/version, pages visited, timestamps).
  • Sensitive categories: We do not seek to collect “sensitive personal information.” If you voluntarily share sensitive details (e.g., education/IEP information), we will use it only to provide the requested Service and as otherwise permitted by law.

3) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and improve the Site and Services;
  • Communicate with you (including confirmations, scheduling, and support);

4) SMS texting and email

  • SMS: By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive texts related to your inquiries or Services. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.
  • Email: You can opt out of marketing emails by following the instructions in those emails or by contacting us.
  • We may still send non‑marketing, transactional messages (e.g., appointment updates) even if you opt out of marketing.

5) Cookies and tracking

We currently do not use third‑party analytics or advertising cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy, implement consent tools where required, and provide choices to manage preferences.

    We
    do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. You may still exercise the opt‑out options described below.
